Volksstrum

After several weeks of painting here and there with these guys, I finally finished them. They are now ready to defend Berlin to the bitter end.

After debating on how I wanted to base these guys, I went with the ready made bases made by Battlefront - Urban Rubble bases (XX106). I know I could have used putty to make them look good, but I wanted to try something new, and these bases fit the bill. Overall I'm happy with the results, and there are a few things I'd change if I had to do it all over again, but hey, there is always next time.
